The Brand

YASHNA TAYAL is a luxury streetwear Gender-fluid  fashion brand by fashion designer Yashna Tayal. Our mission is to communicate stories through our clothes, we aim to break social and gender norms, we want to dress bold people with strong voices. We believe it's time we break down gender barriers in fashion, clothes are a symbol of expression and not gender identification. We mainly offer luxury streetwear apparel products with an extended range of more affordable retail garments. Our designs are eccentric. All our products are offered as Genderfluid. Our designs are oversized, structured and bold. We strive to find a perfect balance between masculine and feminine as we believe a person needs to express both qualities within them. We aim to explore and appreciate both sides of gender. Our designs are not sophisticated, they instead emphasize fun and are casual.

We believe in slow, sustainable fashion and therefore only use sustainable fabrics. We are against animal cruelty and therefore we do not use fabrics like fur and leather. Silk and wool are ethically sourced. We like to be transparent with our customers so they can feel comfortable and secure while buying our clothes and therefore we have uploaded our behind the scenes so you can find out how and by whom your clothes were made.
